What can we say about Debbie? A Hamilton native, both our President and VP have known Debbie for several years and they were delighted when she finally agreed to come on board with us this year.

Debbie joined MFA Group in the Fall of 2006 and is responsible for managing the recruiting process in our firm, as Director of Recruitment. She joins us from an international search firm where she spent five years in a leading role.

Her attention to detail, passion for excellence and tenacity have already made their mark with our candidates and clients alike. Her belief in finding the right person for the right job coupled with her natural coaching style have ensured many placements of quality candidates with some of the GTA's most prestigious public accounting firms.

Her approachable style puts candidates at ease early on in the process, earning their trust and confidence and helping them to open up and tell her their career goals and objectives.

Knowing what her candidates are looking to achieve helps her to identify the most suitable opportunities quickly and efficiently for the benefit of both candidate and client.
